  Just finished the phone call and Lee was very fast and efficient. She was able to locate my application and fixed the issue immediately. I did however had to call 15 Tim's literally to get a answering machine, then I had to wait about another 6-9 mins before she answered. Eveyone has a different experience, so I don't think this place sucks as much as others believe. I live more than an hour away from there and my local dmv told me to eff off essentially. So good job Lee you made my Monday easy.

  There own website says to go to the Central Office (Town Square) to process a duplicate license. "Most duplicate licenses can be processed and issued the next day by the Central Office." I took vacation, my husband drove down from Hugo and we paid 8.00 to park and walk to this location only for the guy at the front to say, "We don't do that here, go to Sears location." We explained, "No, your website says to come here." He then tells us to go to a "mailbox" around the corner to get directions on how to mail the Title request and that mailbox had a note saying they closed on July 19. Absolutely infuriating!!!

  Having to call a backdoor number because the main line is always busy in unacceptable. Having to wait on hold for over an hour is unacceptable. The roll out of a new system that cost the taxpayers 90 Million dollars that does not work is not acceptable. People need to be fired over this. Everywhere else in the real world people are expected to be competent. Instead, I am waiting on hold because my temporary tab expired and risk getting a ticket because it has been 3 months since I bought my car and have not been issued my tabs for my transferable plates. This is totally unacceptable that they cannot seem to figure out the problem and fix it.

  I had to turn in my mother's disability placard with proof of her recent death. I expected to wait, but didn't even have a chance to sit down. The DVS employee was compassionate and efficient. She got my mom's motor vehicle and driver's license records updated so there's less chance of fraud. I was in and out in five minutes. Exceptional service, and they didn't even know I'm a state employee!
