  Called to pay the debt but they refused to email or send a letter detailing the resolution. Said I would have to pay and wait 30 days before they would email / send a letter, and the best I could get is a receipt. Talked with two different reps. What a terrible policy.

  They call me 5-6 times a day and I'm not even the person they're looking for (wrong number). They refused to tell me how they got my number but continue to harass me! Wish they could be held accountable for their stupidity and incompetence. I gave them 1 star because I can't give 0 or worse.

  An old employee went to the doctor - he had personal insurance - was NOT a work related call. There was a copay owed - they are demanding a payment from us the bigger issue is the company was sold in May 2017 and now as a new business they are send us a bill from 2016 complete all their required avenues to correct this matter and still want to send our Company to Collection... You all need to get this corrected asap - this is harassment

  I had signed up for the 'wellness plan' for my dog. After doing some research after receiving poor treatment I told the gal behind the counter that I was not interested in continuing. I received another auto payment and I cancelled with that with my bank. I received a 'threatening' phone call from a man stating that I owed money for NO Services Rendered!!!! I told him he was an idiot and that I will not be continuing to pay for poor service! It is a scam! They show you big discounts on inflated prices!!!! I now have received a phone call from a debt collector for $242.00 dollars for no services rendered. My dog has not been there for 6 months. I will never recommend this business and I will tell everyone the scam they are pulling and how horrible there service is. It is the gal behind the counter that did not comply with my request to cancel 6 months ago. Horrible Business Practice. Any pet owner beware!!!!! IC Systems represents a horrible business. Jeremy

  IC Systems reduced my spouses debt in half! After the debt was paid, the company completely removed the negative report off my spouses credit within days. Unlike most collection agencies which take up to 30 days and then stay on your credit report for 7 years!
