- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I'm calling bs and am going to find out if this is an HP scam somehow. I have three printers -two at my office and one at my home office all HP officejet pro 8610 all in one. They all three yesterday said I have damaged ink cartridges and need to replace with new cartridge. All the same color of M.... I'm wondering if they are trying to control non-HP ink being used. And here's the kicker-they all have in different brands- sams club, Amazon one and a non HP office max. Hmmm Anyone else have this????By Nicole Roufs, July 02, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am getting early morning phone calls from 800 474 6836 Hewlett Packard and when I pick up there is no one there. I tried calling the number and have not been able to speak to anyone. I called the local number 651 603 2800 and spoke to Linda Ann the switch board operator and said I would like to speak to someone. Her reply was she was unable to let me speak to anyone who could help me and said I would have to use a email address to resolve. THIS IS BS. I can get their phone calls at 7:39 AM & 7:15 AM and I they say I can't speak to someone to be removed from their call list. Great job H.P.By John Stone, April 16, 2017
