- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Beware: if you drop off a package, it may sit on the countertop for HOURS, accessible to anyone who might want to steal it. I dropped off a package and didn't feel settled leaving it on the counter as I was instructed to by the crack counter personnel. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆waiting forever for my mail to forward to the new address .. its been almost 2 weeks and I was told it could take up one week max. Call the office (during business hrs) to ask what is going on and no one answers .. call 4 times throughout the day and still no answers wtf are you all dead ? are you being held hostage ... ? to top it all off the answering machine has a woman saying the hrs and also to NOT leave a message because they Do Not return calls .. hmmmm so exactly what DO you guys do ..? because Im getting ticked off ! get it together !!By AMANDA MERCADO, January 30, 2017
