- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Must be One of the most corrupt and "under the table" police departments in the Midwest. Abusive, intolerant and uninformed of the CONSTITUTION. Worst department of police in the upper Midwest. Video and audio recordings of corrupt power tripping police (or lack thereof). These officers seemingly forgot they oath to protect and serve the people for the people by the people. As a local I have heard so many Stories of rampid of officers accepting bribes, stealing money, and taking drugs without charges. Heard Frequent stories of buying and selling drugs to and from St Paul police. Chief needs to get off his butt and keep his eyes on the constitution and the employees paid for by the citizens. DO your job as POLICE CHIEF JUSTICE FOR THE BEATEN, criminal charges for the ATTACKERS. The basics of human rights and freedoms along with equality and the fact that that society is crumbling under the weight of chains the government is placing on us, your department is further causing he problem not preventing it. You are supposed to be for the peoples better good not for the ravaging of our constitution and assaulting us, We are not money generating objects, we are humans.By William Flood, September 24, 2017
