  Nice employess. However ups should never have to force me to sign for a package that doesnt require me to do so. Especially after waiting 2 days just to pick it up and having it be a 50 cent return.

  I cannot express how poorly I have been treated by this store and it's employee's and manager. If you are shipping a package UPS go to the center on Broadway, this is an actual UPS fascility, the UPS Store is not UPS. I shipped a package from the store. I dropped it off at 6pm and it should have gone out that night as 2nd Day Air cut off is 7:30pm clearly labeled on their sign. For reasons that have not been made clear to me the package was not given to a UPS driver until the following day and delivered a day late. When I contacted UPS they told me the issue was with the store and I needed to contact them, when I went to the store they told me they would have to get a refund from UPS. When I called the store back to say I had spoken with UPS again they were incredibly rude to me, cutting me off, saying the same thing over and over in response to my requests about their refund policies or next steps. They have lied to me telling me that they are certain every package was picked up by the driver that night one time, but telling UPS that the driver never showed up. They seem only interested in doing everything possible to avoid owning the mistake and determining who's fault it was, not making it right with their customer. I will never be back here again. If I find out the same owner owns the other stores in the area I will go out of my way to find another one, or stick with Kinko's. As someone who lives in the neighborhood I will be telling everyone I meet about my experience. Mistakes happen, how you respond to them is what matters.
