- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆While at this store, the manager (who also identified himself as the owner) dealt with an irate customer by first adopting a very confrontational attitude and then engaging in a screaming match with her. The customer's poor attitude was certainly out of proportion to her problem but the manager/owner completely missed an opportunity to diffuse the situation with kindness and understanding, opting instead to match his irate customer and allow the spectacle to drive every customer but me from the store. He should consider taking some training in customer service. I will not be returning.By Samuel Burns, October 14, 2016
